I can see from the bottom picture what the problem is. Your airbags have deployed. This would have caused the PERV Control Module to signal the on board computer to shut down the engine as a precautionary measure against overheating. If you step away from the car for a few minutes it’ll restart and run as long as you stop flashing your headlights to approaching vehicles.
